You can download the software FoneDog - Android Data Recovery.
Connect your Android phone to your computer or laptop and launch FoneDog Toolkit. Then, select Android Data Recovery for Restoration.
Using a USB cable, connect your Android device to the computer or laptop. Make sure that you have enabled USB debugging on your Android and this will allow you to use the Toolkit to restore the lost data from your Android.
If your device doesn’t automatically have a pop-up message which will allow you to enable USB debugging, you can do the following:
For most Android versions (4.2 and up)
For Android versions 3.0 to 4.1, go to “Settings” > “Developer options” > “USB debugging”.
For Android versions 2.3 or earlier, go to "Settings" > "Applications" > "Development" > "USB debugging".
After connecting your phone to your PC or laptop, FoneDog Toolkit will be able to display all the data types that it can recover. All data types are checked by default but you may also opt to select the data you’d like to recover. After making your selection, click “Next”.
After you Click “Next”, FoneDog will start analyzing and scanning your device. The scan process will take a few minutes. Remember, patience is a virtue!
Note: If a Superuser authorization message appears on your device during the scan, just click on “Allow” to continue.
Preview the scanned data and select the items you want to retrieve. Click on “Recover” to save them all to your computer.
Download and launch FoneDog toolkit. Then connect your Samsung phone to computer. Once the program started, click on “Broken Android Data Extraction”.
FoneDog Toolkit – Broken Android Data Extraction will now ask you the exact problem you are experiencing on your phone. “Touch doesn't work / cannot access the phone” and “Black/broken screen” since you have shattered the screen, choose the last option.
FoneDog Toolkit - Broken Android Data Extraction will now ask you to enter the correct Name and model of the Samsung in order to proceed with the steps. This will actually allow the software to download the right package on the phone. You may check the website for the correct information. After entering the requested Name and model, Click "Next" to proceed the second step.

After the phone is set in Download mode, FoneDog toolkit - Broken Android Data Extraction will start to analyze the phone and download the recovery package.
After the entire analyzing, scanning and extracting, the program will now show you the categories of recovered files. From here you are now able to choose important data stored in the internal memory of the broken Samsung phone. If you notice on the left window, you will see all the categories found on the device. You can have the option to selectively choose only those you needed. Click “Recover” at the bottom of the screen. It will be saved on your computer where it will be easier for you to copy on the new phone anytime soon.
Firstly, You can download the software FoneDog - Android Data Backup and Restore.
Then install and launch the FoneDog Toolkit on your Computer.Select Android Data Backup and Restore.
Use a USB cable to connect your Android phone or tablet to your Mac.
When your device is plugged into your computer, the program will detect your device automatically.
After the program has successfully detected your device, scan your device for the type of files that you want to backup.
You can choose all these file types or manually select only those you would like to backup.
After your selection, click “Start” to start the backup process.
When the program finished backing the data on your device, you can review all the data that can be restored on your device and select which ones you would like to keep.
If you want to restore your previous data to your phone. You can choose the backup file to restore. After your selection, you can click on “Start” to save them on your device.
The program will select all files by default. But you can just selectively select the files that you want to restore. After your selection, just click the "Restore". The program will restore the data to your device. Remember to keep your Android phone connect to your computer during the process.
