• How long is the product refund period?

  All FoneDog products have trial versions. We recommend that users download a trial before purchasing. Monthly subscriptions are subject to a 7-day money-back guarantee, annual subscriptions are subject to a 15-day money-back guarantee, and lifetime subscriptions are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

• What's the difference between the trial version and registered version?

  1-Year License means you can use FoneDog on 1 Mac/PC for 1 year without limitation, suitable for people who need to use a Mac/Windows PC for one or several years;

  Lifetime License means you can use FoneDog on 1 Mac/PC forever without limitation, suitable for people who are getting used to using a Mac/Windows PC.

  Users who subscribe for one month/year will automatically renew their subscription for the next month/year. If you just want a one-time subscription, you can contact our support team(mailto: support@fonedog.com) or contact Paddle by clicking the link in the email received after your purchase to cancel the auto-renewal service.

• How many devices can one registration code support?

  One registration code can only be installed on one computer and supports 6 different mobile devices at most.
