• How long is the product refund period?

  All FoneDog products have trial versions. We recommend that users download a trial before purchasing. Monthly subscriptions are subject to a 7-day money-back guarantee, annual subscriptions are subject to a 15-day money-back guarantee, and lifetime subscriptions are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

• Is it safe to purchase from your website?

• What's the difference between the trial version and registered version?

  It's recommended to use the trial version before purchase. There is no differences between the trial version and registered version in functionality while there are only some limitations about the use conditions.

  1-Month License means you can use FoneDog on 1 Mac/PC for 1 month without limitation, suitable for people who use FoneDog for the first time;

  1-Year License means you can use FoneDog on 1 Mac/PC for 1 year without limitation, suitable for people who need to use a Mac/Windows PC for one or several years;

  Lifetime License means you can use FoneDog on 1 Mac/PC forever without limitation, suitable for people who are getting used to using a Mac/Windows PC.

  Users who subscribe for one month/year will automatically renew their subscription for the next month/year. If you just want a one-time subscription, you can contact our support team(mailto: [email protected]) or contact Paddle by clicking the link in the email received after your purchase to cancel the auto-renewal service.

• How many devices can one registration code support?

  One registration code can only be installed on one computer and supports 6 different mobile devices at most.
