Q1. What’s the difference between the trial version and the registered version of this software?

The trial version and registered version are the same product, except the trial version has some limitations. For example, if your video/audio is longer than 5 minutes, then you are only able to convert 5 minutes of it. For registered users, there is no limitation.

Q2. How do I register after I receive the registration code by email?

First, launch the program and find the “key” icon at the upper right corner of the main interface. Click it and a pop-up window shows up. Then enter your email address and the registration code. Now you have successfully registered.

Q3. Can I save the settings of the format and use it next time?

Yes. Simply follow these steps:

1. Adjust video and audio settings in "Profile Settings".
2. Click the Save As button and follow the instructions.
3. When it is done, you are able to rename the profile as you like. If you don’t want it anymore, you are also able to delete it.
