  • After downloading the VCF file to your computer, open Gmail on a new tab
  • Sign in with your account
  • Click the Gmail logo on the left side of the screen and select Contacts on the drop-down menu

  • Again, click on Import to sync the contacts with your existing Gmail contacts

From then on, your contacts will be synced to whatever Android device you will be using as long as you log in using the same Gmail account. Make sure that you update your contacts.
